Positive School Culture Program

Northside uses a schoolwide behavior and mediation system that celebrates growth and positive choices. Students earn points and coins for positive behavior and academic progress, which they can redeem in the Ram School Store or Book Vending Machine for books, snacks, and prizes. Monthly Harambe Celebrations highlight behavior progress across the school. Five students from each homeroom are recognized for outstanding participation, achievement, and conduct with a visit to the school’s game room.


Dress Code

Northside maintains a clear, student-friendly dress code that helps students focus and feel confident:

  • Tops: Grey, hunter green, or orange polo shirts
  • Bottoms: Khaki
  • Shoes/Accessories: Closed toe/heel shoes, sneakers allowed, no Crocs
