Yolanda Clark, Principal

Ms. Yolanda Clark joined Northside Preparatory Academy as founding principal in 2020 with over 20 years of experience as a PK-8 teacher and school administrator. Prior to joining ACCEL Schools, she worked as a principal for Richard Allen Schools at charter schools in Dayton and Hamilton, Ohio. In addition to teaching and school leadership, Ms. Clark has also served in administrative roles such as Parent & Family Engagement Coordinator and Preschool Director. Ms. Clark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Central State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Antioch University. She also holds a Ohio Principal License and many other certifications and credentials.

Jamie Brady, Superintendent

Jamie Brady joined ACCEL Schools in 2019 with over 20 years of experience as a K-12 educator, principal, director, charter school authorizer, and educational consultant. As Regional Vice President at ACCEL Schools, she oversees leadership development, instructional programming, operations, and strategic planning for multiple schools in Southern Ohio. Mrs. Brady holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University, a Master’s degree and Principal Certification in Educational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, and has completed all of her Ed.D. coursework through Walden University.  Mrs. Brady is an experienced leader with expertise and demonstrated mastery in coaching and development, budgeting and finance, instructional leadership, school turnaround, and board relations.

Community School

Northside Preparatory Academy is a public, community school. We are our own school district sponsored by Richland Academy of the Arts which provides oversight and enforces academic, fiscal, and legal accountability. We are managed by ACCEL Schools, a high performing network of over 50 charter schools located throughout the United States.
